The prices quoted include electricity, water, heating and all linen and towels.
A non returnable deposit of £150 per week is required to secure your booking, with balance due 2 months prior to your arrival.
Cancellations should be made in writing. Cancellations made more than 2 months prior to the due arrival date will forego the deposit only. Those made less than 2 months prior to the due arrival date will forego the full amount unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance before departure (including cancellation cover).
The apartment will be cleaned to a very high standard and made ready for your arrival. There is a £30 cleaning fee for this service.
Bookings are normally taken from Monday to Monday. The apartment is available from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. These rules are not rigid and if you need to arrive on a different day please ask.
Outside of the main holiday periods we are happy to take bookings on a daily basis, with a minimum stay of three nights.
The apartment sleeps a maximum of four people and we do not allow this limit to be exceeded. The apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment although you may do so on the balcony. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday early if any of these terms are breached.

Low Season £475 per week
Easter, May, June, September £630 per week
July, August £850 per week
Christmas and New Year £650 per week
Daily Rate £125 per night, minimum 3 nights
